Unable to verify your identity through my address.

I'm trying to set up internet for my new apartment, but I'm unable to proceed with verifying my identity through my birthday.

When I try to sign in to the app instead, it says my access is not authorized, and Xfinity Assistant keeps asking me to sign in even though I have already done so. It would be great to get help.

@user_g5pou8 You wouldn't be logging into a Xfinity account until you have started your services. To confirm you already have the account set up and have an account number (please do not share this number publicly)?

Yes, I tried to clear cookies/cache and use incognito mode but none worked. I also tried to verify through a different device, but that did not work either.
