Unlink New Account
Hello, I set up a new xfinity account today and it looks like it linked to an old one automatically. Can you please sever any ties between my new account and which ever account it attached to?
New account was made using the email address attached to my forums account.

You should be able to manage the accounts linked to your XFINITY ID with the directions located here : https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts.
