User Name

Good morning @allyl, Xfinity ID management is handled via self-service. You can manage your user roles and permissions as shown in the article below: 

https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts

You will be able to set your Xfinity ID as the primary ID on the account.

Are you referring to your username here in the Forums?
