Verifying Contact Information

I've been stuck in Xfinity auto-attendant [Edited: "Language"].  

I'm trying to change my password and update payment information, but no matter what I do it says the account needs to be verified.   I've added additional contact information, but still get the error.   When I tried to add the mobile number, it said the mobile number is already associated with the account.  I've been trying to get a human on the phone to straighten this out for over an hour.
