Verifying Contact Information
My roommate recently moved out and transferred the account to me. The name, email, and phone number has been changed and verified. I am trying to add a payment method but it states that I need to verify my contact information although I believe that’s already been done.

Hello @user_9vdm27, thank you for taking the time out of your day to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having issues updating your payment method. When you log into your account under account identity, then Xfinity ID and security, is the 2-step verification turned on?
