Xfinity account is not loading billing or account information.
I have an Xfinty Now account and while I can log in and see the modem and the service is working, the account side is not functional.
If I click Account, it shows "Your payment information is currently unavailable Please check back later"
If I click Account settings, it does not load. It shows "You do not have XFinity services"
I have tried calling the pre-paid phone number, 1-855-757-7372 and they have told me they do not help with any account or billing issues for Now customer.
I have tried using a chat option and they have told me they do not help with billing issues or account issues and to call the phone number above.
