Xfinity account not eligible for benefits

I've tried logging in a few different times, I had a previous account then recently signed up for a new on with multiple services. I haven't been able to get this resolved

@user_eh7bc5 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Can you please clarify for me what benefits you are showing that you are not eligible for, so we can better assist you?

Thank you for the clarification. Are you getting a message that you are not eligible for the Membership program, or are you not able to redeem a reward?

Okay, I will be happy to take a look at that status from here. In order for me to do that I will have to ask you to send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service. To send a direct message.

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
