Greetings, user_ze1ucq! We would be happy to help in getting that completed. Are you needing both of your names to show on the billing statements or are you wanting to share joint ownership of the account?
We can update the billing address to have both of your names show on the statements. If you want to share ownership, we put in a ticket for an Account Change Request. You will both be asked to fill out a form and upload documents to complete that request.
