ANSWERED: How to fix the "One moment please with ref code s0a00" error?

​I am given the message "one moment please with ref code s0a00". It usually occurs around prime time and on the same few channels. What does this mean?​

​If you have the S0A00 error message it means your TV Box has not yet been activated or has somehow lost its activation. If the error does not go away within approximately one hour, start by unplugging your television box and waiting 1 minute before plugging it back in. You can also try, checking for loose F connectors on the coax at the back of the box, the TV outlet and any accessible splitters. Excessive splitting in the home can cause signal issues like this. If there are any splitters that can be removed, that will increase the signal to those TV outlets.​

​If that does not work, determine if the issue is happening on all of your televisions or just one, then post your question ​​here​​ so a representative can assist you. Xfinity support can usually just send a new signal and get it working again.​
