3rd party apps causing cable video to crash
Certain apps, like paramount+ & prime video, are not working. I get an error message saying "oops! This feature isn't working right now. Our engineers are working hard to fix it". But then the error message won't go away. I can hear the audio and change the channels, but the black screen with the error message stays. Restarting the TV doesn't fix it, the only thing that works is unplugging the box and plugging it back in. And other apps, like Netflix, are working fine. And all the apps are working thru the Roku portion of the TV, but when opened through xfinity it causes the video to crash.
(Also, this is the 3rd time I had to type this because when I select a tag it crashes and gives an error.)

user_671dbf thank you for using the Community Forums to reach out regarding your 3rd party application concerns. I know for some other customers who experienced this issue it was resolved after refreshing the video box. Have you already attempted to do so?
