4k compatible stb's

Spent over two hours today trying to get my DVR STB (AX013ANM) exchanged for a 4k unit.  First battle is trying to get live chat agent to understand what 4 k is and the next challenge is to figure out which units are viable.  Then he wanted to add the DVR, not replace. Thank goodness for Redditt and a few folks on this site.

Over time most of my TV's have become 4k, but I have not updated STB's.  Going to the Xfinity site it says all my units are current, and 4k, which of course they are not.  Trip to local Xfinity agent says it looks like DVR unit has been ordered.  The chat agent never confirmed that so who knows.  The agent at the store said with an updated DVR that all my existing units are 4K.  I doubt that.

In addition to the DVR mentioned above I have two XG2v2-P boxes and two XiDP.  To avoid another Reddit search can someone confirm my notion that these too are not 4K.  Also when these units were installed several years ago it took tech several trips as he did not understand the MOCA and non MOCA bridge ports.

Can someone please let me know what units I need and what type bridge port they need.

Thank you!

The only 4K broadcast boxes are the XG1v4 wired DVR and the wireless Xi6.  Xfinity stores don't seem to have 4K boxes much of the time.  I usually get mine through direct messaging on this community site.
