Accidentally deleted all recordings in the Saved dropdown online
After watching a recorded program on my computer, I wanted to exit and logoff from Xfinity. My browser glitched/froze, and while I was clicking, somehow all recorded programs disappeared. Is there anyway to recover them? Even the "Recently Deleted" folder is gone.

Greetings, @davidnc! I am sorry to hear that your DVR recordings are gone. You did the right thing by looking for the Recently Deleted folder. If that is also gone, the Permanently Delete recordings may have been pressed. It is not possible to restore recordings if that happened. Do you also have a TV box in your home to check for the recordings there?
