Added Cable Service/Green Screen
We just added Cable service 2 weeks ago today to the internet we've had for years. It's the X1 Cable box and we had to upgrade the modem to the tall white tower box.
Suddenly this last week it started acting up. We use the ONN Roku TV. The modem is on a splitter (Xfinity provided). Wake in the morning - no problem. By the time I turn it on at lunch it is the GREEN SCREEN. We have switched out HDMI cable from box to tv and have moved to a different HDMI port and NOTHING has fixed the problem. Husband even rebotted the box last night after the got the Green Screen yesterday. - Everything happened again today. It's like [Edited: "Language"] Ground Hog Day. I'm am ready to go back to YouTube TV. This is [Edited: "Language"] rediculous.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
