Appletv+ not responding

My appletv+ app is not responding. The message is " something went wrong There was a problem connecting. Try again". When I select try again the message reappears.

  1. Restart the Device: Restart the device you’re using to access Apple TV+ (e.g., your X1 box, Smart TV, or streaming device). This can resolve minor connection issues. 

  2. Log Out and Back In: If possible, log out of the Apple TV+ app, then log back in to refresh the connection.
  3. System Refresh: If you’re using an Xfinity device, try performing a system refresh by sayng "System refresh" into your voice remote
