Apps not working

Neither YouTube or Amazon Prime apps are working on my tv. Just get some message that engineers are working on the problem. 
YouTube works fine on computer.

user_294m72 Hi there! We are sorry to hear you are having issues accessing Prime and YouTube. I use those sites a lot, so I understand how this could raise concern. 
 
Have you tried resetting your device?

I've been trying to pay my bill early for 5 days, and it just keeps telling me "Sorry, this isn't working right now, Please return to my account overview while we resolve the issue."  Yeah right.

Amazon works but it is soooooooooooo SLOW...... it's almost impossible to use .... i tried all the troubleshooting steps, nothing works.... i am now watching amazon on my smart TV which works perfectly... i wish Xfinity would get its act together with the amazon app...... there are so many complaints on the net about this..... do something xfinity !!!!!!
