Audio cutting out about every 10 or less minutes.

I am so disgustingly sick of Xfinity and Comcast as a whole.  Audio cuts out practically every 10 minutes for 10 seconds. And it happens on every channel. It’s just another common event with this company.  

During the sprint thru fall, I can’t get wifi signal on my porch that is literally 15 feet from the modem. U get the equivalent of the windows hourglass.  Churning churning churning, until I get disgusted and switch to cell carrier where all works fine! 

also this is with a new modem as well.  [Edited: "Language/Inflammatory"]

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with the audio cutting out, and the WiFi service, I know that can be frustrating, but you have come to the right place for assistance. When you are having issues with the audio, are you watching TV on a Xfinity cable box, or using the Xfinity stream app?

I check my wires and the tv was working find, but then since Tuesday my tv stop and freezze again now is freeze can you please restart?

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your TV service. Have you already tried the troubleshooting steps through the Xfinity app/website to have the system run diagnostics? It can help clear most common errors with the equipment, or refer to a technician appointment, or equipment swap, if needed.
