Box won’t allow rewind

There have been a few threads about the Xfinity box not allowing rewind with live TV but they’ve been closed, seemingly without a resolution. Can someone share a solution to fix this issue? I’ve changed the box out twice and have rebooted several times, no luck. This is so frustrating.
