user_31jtt2 Thanks for reaching out! Do you know what the model number is of your remote? You should be able to find it by taking the battery cover off the back.
Same, I have 4 remotes, all batteries good, and nothing works, which means I can't watch TV, at all.
Edit: I reset the box by turning it off and unplugging, all was working, except it says the HDMI wasn't plugged in, and obviously it was because the cable was on, smh. I unplugged that and plugged it back, so now all is good.
