Cable box issue

I use the voice remote to call up YouTube but it does not load. I have also manually clicked on the YouTube app but it still does not load. Seems to be possibly blocked ?

@user_h1eqsn Thanks for adding a post to the forum. When this happens, we recommend clearing the cache on the box. That should give the YouTube and any other apps a fresh start. Follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-clear-cookies-and-local-data-storage.
