Cable TV box
Cable TV box not accessing to all of my available channels, all channels are accessible by streaming to tablet. Code XRE 03121 says it is a temporary issue. However it has been hours now. When will it be corrected?

Hello @user_1sjb2u I am sorry to hear you are unable to access all the channels. Do you have specific examples of channels it is having issues with?
The XRE 0312 usually pops when there is pending changes to the account. But we could certainly take a look if the issues are still ongoing.
