Hello user_bj5nvp, is this cable box still not working correctly? What is happening on screen? If you cable box has an LED display, are you seeing error codes such as BOOT or RBST? Are there specific error codes that begin with XRE or RDK on screen? Do you have a solid color screen (Black, Blue, Green, etc)?
