Cable

Three weeks ago I was upgraded to fiber. Since then one box has needed to be reset over 15 times. I go through the xfinity assistant troubleshooting each time. The box then work and the problem is resolved. Then it falls again. I have two boxes. The other has perforated flawlessly. I have asked for a technician appointment but the assistant program insists on going through the troubleshooting process again and again. How do I get a technician to just come out and replace this box?

Good morning @user_kpkwvj that sounds really frustrating. Our team would be happy to check your signal levels.

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click "Direct Message"

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it. See the link below for an example
