Catch up feature

Comcast needs to offer a catch-up feature. Both their competitors Live wire and Summit broadband both offer this feature where you can scroll back hours and watch TV shows that have already aired without recording. For example, say it’s 8 PM on a Friday night and I wanna watch the today show that aired at 7 AM. Well I just scroll on back and watch it. I can even scroll back a week and watch the today. Show from a week ago.

I believe Comcast as well behind the ball on this And I Will possibly leave their service because they don’t offer this

this sounds intriguing, but i have never heard of Live wire and Summit broadband.

are they local players or national?

I’m in Southwest Florida, and live wire definitely is growing locally. Summit broadband is the worst cable company you’ve ever seen my parents live in a community where they are forced to use Summit broadband. It’s the absolute worst, but even they have this catch-up feature that works beautifully
