Probably a signal issue. Best to call support and have a technician come out.

Try press A on your Xfinity Remote. Select System Refresh. If that doesn't work you should be able to schedule a tech via Xfinity Assistance.

user_dyl8rj Are you still experiencing issues with your channels? What channels are giving you troubles? Do you see an error message/code as well?

I have the same issue, some channels always lock up, especially channels I pay extra for like TV5 etc...
