Channel 12 sound cuts out after a few minutes

On ONLY one channel (local Channel 12 NBC)  sound cuts out after the channel is selected.  Switch off that channel and then switching back does return the sound briefly and then it cuts out again.  All other channels are fine.

I would suggest if it is limited to a single channel that you contact the station. They may be having issues.

user_tgqlxv Thank you for reaching out. If you are only experiencing the issue with the singular channel you mentioned, we do agree with @Tek and it is most likely an issue on their end. Also, a good practice when experiencing issues is to pull the power cable out of your TV Box for about a minute, plug it back in, and if it is something on our end that is a common fix depending on what is going on.

currently sound is off & on during braveheart on channel 1771 FLIX from 8pm - 11pm.  have same problem with sound & dropped packets - squared pixelations on channels 1802, 1803, 1804, 1810, 1812. currently unable to access channel 1806, 1808 & STARZ 1777 AT ALL. channels are UNAVAILABLE. this has become typical service - lack thereof - for premium channels.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @xfinale. That is definitely not the experience we would like you to have with your channels. Have you troubleshooted that issue through your Xfinity app to see if there is a box reset required?
