Channel guide

Channel 194 and 353 showing program that is on but what is actually playing is something different. Have called in multiple time and was told to exchange box. So I took box and exchanged it then multiple channels were incorrect. Tech came out and a couple days after all but the same two channels were correct. Before changing box 353 was correct to what was playing but now it is incorrect. Frustrating had multiple shows set to record but now the guide is wrong am unable to record them anymore.
