constant outages during my work day

I am sick and tired of consant network issues and service interruptions during my work day. Today is the second time in 2 weeks that I've lost time from work due to "network repairs" and service outages.  Why can't they be done at night when nobody is using your horrible service. If it's not horrible customer service from people in some foreign country, it's constant interruptions to service. If this continues, I will cancel service and look for another provider.
