Drop down on the search section of DVR

When will the drop down on the save section of the DVR be put back so that I can select only a specific DVR and not all of them II wanna be able to view just this recordings or schedule recordings on a specific DVR. I spoke with someone on May 2 and they assured me it was gonna be put back on May 2 but it’s still not there, please advise

Thanks for reaching out — we can definitely see how frustrating this has been, especially after being told it would be back by May 2. We know how important it is to have that drop-down option so you can view or schedule recordings on a specific DVR without seeing everything all at once.

 

Right now, that feature is still being evaluated by our engineering teams. While it was expected to return by May 2, it looks like things have taken a bit longer than planned. We don’t have an exact timeline just yet, but we’re actively tracking this and will share updates as soon as we get them.

 

In the meantime, we appreciate your patience — and we’ll make sure your feedback gets passed along. Being able to manage recordings by DVR is a super helpful feature, and we know many of our customers miss it too. Let us know if you’d like help with anything else in the meantime!

Not that I can see, @JoH2. Searching all possible resources, I haven't found anything that our team has direct access, which reflects the status of this known concern. Keep an eye on our Xfinity Community Forum as well as articles we release, and feel free to reach out when you need to!
