dvd storage reduced

I recently altered my service plan with Xfinity and added NBC sports back in and reduced internet speed from >1 gig to ~ 850 MBPS.  No other changes.   I just noticed that my DVR storage has also been hugely reduced such that now I can only record 20 hours whereas before I could record virtually unlimited amounts.  When I made the above change in service I was assured that everything else would be the same.  Please Xfinity--return my DVD storage capacity to what it was at no additional charge as I did not authorized this change nor was I made aware of it.

I'm sorry to hear you DVR storage was downgraded when you made those other changes, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

@XfinityJamesC​ XfinityJamesC:  I am trying to take you up on your suggestion to send a direct message to your team. Your directions as to how to find the direct message ICON in the top right corner of the screen do not work.  the top right corner of which screen?  You say the icon is located next to the bell icon but I don't even see a bell icon.  On which page do I find these icons?  Please send me a further reply telling me exactly how to send your team a direct message and I will do so.  Thank you.  Rbon

I finally did find the way to send a direct message to your team and did so yesterday.  No one responded.  Please advise next steps in resolving my issue.  Thank you
