dvd storage reduced
I recently altered my service plan with Xfinity and added NBC sports back in and reduced internet speed from >1 gig to ~ 850 MBPS. No other changes. I just noticed that my DVR storage has also been hugely reduced such that now I can only record 20 hours whereas before I could record virtually unlimited amounts. When I made the above change in service I was assured that everything else would be the same. Please Xfinity--return my DVD storage capacity to what it was at no additional charge as I did not authorized this change nor was I made aware of it.
