DVR 89% full only 19 shows

Why does my DVR show 89% full with only 19 hours recorded?

Hey there, @Daniel_. Without additional context or looking at account details I would assume you're seeing that message because you are not paying for the additional 150 hours of DVR storage for $10 a month and are only utilizing our free 20 hours of cloud DVR storage that comes with every Xfinity TV plan. Review your monthly statement to see if you are being charged for the additional DVR storage.
