DVR Box will not work
I have gone through the Xfinity Assistant a dozen times. Restarted the box a dozen times. Had an technician coming out to my house (appointment scheduled and confirmed) and then out of nowhere the appointment was cancelled without consulting me or any input from me. Xfinity has done this to me several times when trying to get a replacement line buried. They should not be able to cancel an appointment without contact me.
The DVR box will NOT respond to any commands, reset the remote, used a different remote, and still nothing works. Its LOCKED on the "setting up your DVR" screen and will NOT take inputs from anything.

Hi there and welcome to Comcast @zayin77. I am sorry to hear that your voice commands are not working. You are in the right place and I am happy to assist you today. Now I see that you have tried different remotes. When my voice command is not working is due to low battery. Have you tried putting new batteries?
