DVR

For months my DVR has not been working right. When playing back a recording the picture gets blurry and then it skips forward and I miss a lot of the recording. Also, the fast forward feature is no longer smooth when engaging the first level of fast forward. The picture jumps around. I have tried every way possible to get someone at xfinity to deal with this. I even had an agent I was chatting with set up the appointment for someone to come out, and the next day xfinity cancelled it telling me the problem was fixed but the DVR playback is still complete [Edited: Language]. I tried setting up another appointment but now I have to wait 2 extra days.
