It sounds like there may have been more changes made when you switched to the Unlimited Data Plan. Typically, our Cloud DVR Lite service which is included within our Xfinity Video service provides up-to 20 hours of Cloud DVR and 2 concurrent recordings.
When you went through the customer approval process, did you happen to notice or see a $10.00 DVR service charge being removed? This would downgrade the 150 hours and up-to 6 concurrent recordings down to the included Cloud DVR Lite service.
