Old show are being recorded as new because they are on different channels now. They were originally scheduled from the channel but now from a different channel. Also, dvr is cutting off last minute of so of show

If a recording is cutting off early. Just add 3 minutes to the end when you set up your recording.

Thanks for reaching out to us, depending on the show or the network you may have to change your settings so it doesn't rerecord shows you may already have. Depending on the network they may relaunch it as a new viewing. Also this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-modify-the-recording-time-of-a-program that's great information on changing your start and stop time on your recordings to make sure you get the full recording
