Error code XRE 03121

I recently remodeled my house and unplugged my receiver for a month. When I reconnected, I have no video or audio just a black screen. I am able to navigate normally, read the guide and descriptions Just fine and the screensaver pops up as usual. But when I try to find any channel it pauses with the three blinking dots for a long period of time and then eventually goes back to the advertisements and screensaver. Can anybody help me with this?
