Error XRE-03121

Help. I've been unable to access majority of the channels on my TV. It keeps showing the error XRE-03121. I've been trying to resolve the issue with xfinity assistant and two different customer service reps, to no avail. This error has persisted for at least 3 days now. How can I resolve this? Anyone else have this issue?

user_8kvckf That is never good on one channel let alone the majority of them. If you are still having issues send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. To send a Direct Message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, and then type or select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a direct message.
