ESPN channels unwatchable

For the money I pay (approaching $5000 annually,) why cannot I not get a good picture on any ESPN Channel. You about to lose my account if this is not corrected. There are other options.  And I will Xfinity out of my life is this not corrected.

Also the NFL channel.   Appreciate any help. It's been issue for at least the last year. The problem comes and goes.

Same issue as well. As soon as a game comes on LIVE. It's pixilated and fragmented. Been trying past two college football seasons to correct. Always the same response from XFinity. (turn box off an on, buy a new cable, tighten cables, etc... NONE has ever worked).

I have lodged a similar complaint last year after years of ESPN broadcast issues. Obviously Xfinity cannot or will not address the issue. The pixelating, scrambling, pausing happens only on the ESPN channel when watching through the cable set top box. It is not the hardware on my end. ALL other channels come through perfectly. Oddly enough, if I watch the stream of ESPN on the Xfinity app, no issues. Good luck getting anybody to correct this issue.

@RKESWFL24 I'm sorry to hear that this has gone on for so long.  I have a few questions to ask to better understand a few things.

Is this happening during a certain time of day or certain days?

Is it happening during sporting events or live news?

Does this happen all day with all shows?

It happens the majority of the time on ESPN and ESPN2. I tune in to the two ESPN channels to watch live college sports and I am usually disappointed. That said, I have not tuned into the ESPNs for a while. If there is a game on the ESPNs, for the past year or so I would record it and watch via the Xfinity streaming app. Or I’ll watch it live via the ESPN app or Xfinity app. I believe the last time I tried to tune into a live ESPN event was about a month ago and the problem was still there.

@RKESWFL24 Thanks for getting back to us. Do you have any splitters or additional devices connected to that cable box? Have we swapped out the wires and box? Are all the connections to that box finger tight and secure?

Yes, I have an additional cable box and a splitter to split the signal to the primary cable box and the router. I just turned on ESPN and ESPN2. The 2026 Pro Bowl Games are on ESPN  and live college basketball on ESPN2. Both channels are pixelated and scrambled as usual. Please understand, these are the only channels in my Xfinity package that are problematic. The SEC Network (an ESPN product) comes through perfectly all of the time. On an earlier inquiry you asked if I noticed what programs the issues are noticed on. I would guess I watch live events for the most part and the signal is a mess, even right now. 
8:50-8:59pm, 1/3/26.

Since you have tried our troubleshooting steps before such as sending a refresh signal and resetting the TV box, I want to check on your account from here. I do not see this as a known issue so will check the signal levels and can send a signal specifically for this issue. Was supposed to be sent all new equipment but it never showed up, I end watching on the app as well.  If I could ever speak with HUMAN it would be great.
