ESPN HD stuttering badly

Hello.

I am having a really poor experience with ESPN HD channels. It is unwatchable. Constant stuttering, freezing, artifacts. Anything I can do to fix this?

Thank you for reaching out to us @user_jn2mby! Have you noticed if this issue happens on the standard definition channels too? Does this always happen or during live games? When it happens, does it happen during commercial breaks?

I did not notice it on other channels. It happens during commercial breaks as well. However, the worst it was when we were watching a tennis cup in Australia. It works better in the mornings but still lots of pixelation and freezing.
