Xfinity replied on X, "We do apologize it is a known issue and our back end team is working to get this fixed as soon as possible unfortunately there's no ETA yet. We thank you for your patience."
we have the same issue... every channel says "To watch this program, you'll need to upgrade your channel package. Go to XFIN.tv/subscribe to select what channels you'd like to add to your lineup."
