Extremely Poor Broadcast Quality

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the Philadelphia Eagles game broadcast on Sunday, and I am requesting a credit on my Xfinity account as compensation for the service interruption.

I look forward to the start of football season and to watching the Eagles with a group of family and friends.  Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable opening season Sunday was extremely frustrating. Throughout the game, there were constant video and audio lags that repeatedly disrupted our ability to watch and follow the game. This was not an occasional glitch or a brief interruption — the problems continued throughout the broadcast.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the commercials played perfectly. The problems occurred during the actual game, which is the very programming I am paying for and wanted to watch.

I understand that technical problems can occur, but this level of disruption during a major live sporting event is unacceptable. I pay Xfinity for reliable television service, and I expect that service to work when it matters most.

I am asking Xfinity to investigate what happened with this broadcast and to provide a meaningful credit to my account for the poor quality of service. I do not believe it is reasonable for me to pay the full cost of my service after experiencing this level of disruption during a major event.

I rarely ever watch live television. Being able to enjoy watching football is the main reason that I pay for Xfinity cable service. Please let me know what caused the problem, whether Xfinity is aware that other customers experienced the same issue, and what steps are being taken to ensure this does not happen again during future Eagles and NFL broadcasts.

I would appreciate a prompt response and a credit that reflects the significant inconvenience and disruption this caused.

Thank you kindly for your attention to this matter.
