user_91zoia Hi there! I hope that your week has been going well. I'm sorry that the favorties guide has not been showing. I see that some other customers reported this same experience as well. I know it's a bummer when you can't easily access and check out your favorite networks. The favorites list is one of my 'favorite' features since I'm not a channel surfer. There have been some people sharing that the favirotes list is showing again. Can you check and let me know if your can access the favorite menu again please?
