We would be more than happy to assist in troubleshooting the Xfinity Video service and picture quality issues you are having. A big culprit of pixelation is the signal and coax cable. Can you ensure the coax connections are tight and secured along with no hard bends, kinks, bite marks, or cuts? A lot of the time, people push the set-top boxes too far back and puts strain on the coax cable with hard bends.
