No error message other that comcast is having a problem connecting and they are trying to fix it. Not just Fox and CNN, but many other channels are pixelating. This problem started 8/19.
Gotcha. If there are issues with multiple channels, I'd also check to see if there are any noticeable issues with your internet connection, as it could be an incoming signal issue causing interference with the channels. We'd recommend scheduling a technician to further assess the signal and help clear it up, but you can also try swapping the TV box at a local Xfinity Store if you've had the box for some time.
