Freezing
When I’m watching movies on demand or Disney plus with commercials, the movie/show freezes during the end of a a commercial. I’m paying way too much for this to happen and am getting tired of it. I thought it was just the Disney plus doing it but I’m watching Tubi and it happened again. I could have a car payment for what I’m paying for cable and Internet. Please fix this issue or I’m going with another choice, yes there are other choices. I don’t really want to switch as I’m lazy and like xfinity but I’m also lazy and like to watch movies. If I can’t do it with xfinity, I’ll figure out another way.
