Game Show network no Sound on 1 TV

We have 3 tvs and 3 xfinity boxes.  Two of the tvs work great - we have sound for the Game Show network, but the 3rd tv does not.  Also, that TV is connected to XiD-P, could that be part of the problem?  I have done all the updating and reviewing for sound on both the TV and xfinity.  How can we fix this?

@janet_k We can help! Have you tried to do any troubleshooting such as reset your cable box?
