Getting Something is not quite right with code XRE-00250

I am having issues with our TV Boxes getting the XRE-00250.  We moved to a new location and had these TV boxes working at our old location.  They worked at our new location for a few days after but now all of them display this XRE-00250 error code (and at the time also our internet worked for a few days, our phone has never worked since we moved).  Every time I call, CS/TS point to a provisioning issue, but they tell me that they will send a provisioning signal to them, and they further tell me it takes 30 minutes for them to get this provisioning signal.  come 30 minutes later no change I get told that I will get a call back to ensure that everything is working, I never get this call back and I am getting tired of wasting my time on this issue (Also our phone is still not working but was told that they would work after 24 hours, haven't given it enough time so hopefully that starts working again but I have low faith that it will since only our internet seems to be working at this time, I guess it is a step in the right direction since before today nothing has worked for a few days).  Hopefully someone has a suggestion on how I can fix this.

It looks like everything was fixed, I ended up going to the Xfinity store in my local area and they spent countless hours trying to fix my account as the support over the phone did a bunch of weird stuff to the account in an attempt to fix the problem.  I do want to thank the team at Vancouver WA Xfinity store for their effort in helping me fix this complicated issue (They were very helpful, friendly and patient).
