Help with pairing my remote with an ONN Roku.

Just bought a new ONN Roku tv.  Everything works when pairing the remote BUT we can’t turn on the TV with the Xfinity remote. We can only turn it on using the Roku remote. I really don’t want to use 2 remotes.  Is there a way to get the Xfinity remote to turn my new ONN Roku tv on?

@user_ktonov, hello! Thank you for your post! We are going to help you get this figured out. Are you able to control the volume using your Xfinity remote? Also, what remote model is it? You can see all of our models here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/remote-controls.

yes I can control the volume with my Xfinity remote. My remote model is XR15 Xfinity Voice Remote

Thanks for letting us know the volume works, user_ktonov! The pairing code may still be wrong since the power will not work though the volume does. This link shows how to reset and pair the XR15 to the TV box and TV again. If the TV does not turn off/on when using the pairing code, the next code should be selected to try.
