Help with set top box info

I moved & now don't have internet. My set top box won't work access my subscribed channels  - says there is a issue. Need some advice on how to resolve. Thanks.

user_k1zzko Can you double-check inside your home and see if you have any other coax cable out let that you can plug your modem into? It sounds like the outlet you may be plugged into isn't working. If there are no other outlets in the home, please send a Direct Message with your full name and address. Here are instructions on how to send a DM in case you need them:
