History Hit

When I try to open the History Hit app on my television, it is giving an error code of 04035. When I first signed up for the channel, it worked for about three days and now keeps giving this error code. Please help.

If you mean un-plugging it then yes, many times.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
