How do I order an XG1V4

Hello, i have a dedicated audio receiver setup that requires a true hardwired coaxial connection to prevent HDMI handshake errors and audio stutters.  I also need the full hour of buffer and not the 25min.  Is there any way to request an XG1v4?

I am honestly not happy that xfinity did not replace my DVR with a DVR.  It was a significant downgrade going to the XiOne and the XG1v4 would be similar to what I had.  Can you please mail me a XG1v4 and I will return the XiOne.  Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

Is the XG1v4 not available? You said tht it is increasingly hard to get however, that sounds like they still may be available.  Is it possible to request an XG1v4?  My research has shown that the XG1v4 is superior due to
